Next Friday is Black Friday, or as we prefer to put it: Green Friday . We do not support this American shopping stunt. This is why you should go for a sustainable choice on Friday.

Black Friday is literally a black day for the earth. A lot is consumed on impulse. Many of these purchases therefore quickly end up in the trash or are returned. Transporting all these returns is also very harmful to the environment. But what can you do about this?

Point 1. Stop with fast fashion , fast shopping and everything you buy based on trends. Tip of the day: make Pinterest boards. One for your ultimate clothing style and one for your interior wishes. It helps me a lot! If I want to buy something, I first check if it fits. That way I no longer buy things of which I think after a week: why did I buy this?

In addition, it is also good to critically examine the brand you want to purchase. Are the products made locally? What kind of material, and therefore quality, is it? Personally, I also find it much more fun to purchase something from a small entrepreneur who is passionate about his profession. Then I know for sure that a lot of love and care has gone into the product!
